  • the point i was making was sheer strength does not make a good rugby player, if that was the case, a polar bear would be an excellent player

  • Oh, so a polar bear would make a good rugby player? Do you know where I can find one then? All the top rugby teams of the world read your post and bought them all up. So now they are incredibly hard to find. Thanks for your input though, Im sure my team will win our division with the help of our polar bear.

  • you have absolutely no idea, do yourself and everyone else a favor and stop commenting nonsense.

  • Tuilagi is a beast. Speed and power – all he needs now is some more experience and he would be the best on the field.

  • Well to be fair, smashing some one down does not make a good rugby player in terms of skill. If a polar bear ran over Tuilagi you would’nt say the polar bear was a better player, xD. On the physical/athletic side of the game yes, Tuilagi won. But I thought from what I saw JDV was better at the game itself.

  • Sadly I have not been able to watch. I have no doubt he will turn into a great player. He is still young and will just become better with time. I just believe in those games in SA, JDV was the better rugby player

  • Wow man, if it really matters to you that much to actually go through the action to insult the intelligence of someone you have never met, fine Tuliagi is better. Do you feel accomplished now? Is your life more fulfilled then it was yesterday now that you won an argument with a stranger?

  • you are an idiot though, so you could say it’s justified. Watch the video, your argument is so invalid it hurts

  • The point I was trying to make was that in my opinion, JDV is the better rugby player and Tuliagi was the better athlete, however that could very much change in a couple of years.

  • I dunno, england v new zealand his distribution was solid. He’s just young, he was playing a man with a decade more experience than him

  • Where exactly in that video does JDVs experience show through? All I see is him getting smashed down.

  • Have you seen englands recent matches? He’s been our best player in everything , tackling, running, passing, intercepting …. he’s not just a battering ram, he’s developing and can only get better

  • How does his experience show through? NOT AT ALL, manu smashed him round the park all day…. yer manu gave away a penalty…wasn’t anything to do with JDV

  • Steyn you pussy jersey puller!! And de villiers you looked like a car crash victim….bok pussies!!

  • A lot of people of all nationalities are born abroad in today’s world. Bradley Wiggins is hardly Belgian, his family were only living there for work. Most of those people you listed were raised in Britain, so yeah, that makes them British, not foreign. The only true ‘foreign’ people on that list that we actually nicked were Kevin Pietersen and Yamile Aldama.

  • As usual lots of English sporting talents are foreign: Bradley Wiggins (Belgium), MO Farah (Somalia), Laura Robson (Australia), Matthew Le Tissier (Guernsey), John Barnes (Jamaican), Terry Butcher (Singapore), Basil D’Oliviera, Tony Greig, Allan Lamb, Andrew Strauss, Kevin Pietersen, Matt Prior, Jonathan Trott (South Africans), Andy Caddick (Newzealand), Nasser Hussain (India), Graeme Hick (Zimbabwe), Manu Tuilagi (Samoa), Delon Armitage (Trinadad), Yamile Aldama (Cuba). And theres plenty more.!
